What is SIA?

It is a Standardized Input Application which allows the user/professional, to discover the realtime financial condition for the client. The SIA is a tool that defines information necessary to educate & empower both the user and the client as they make a decision to buy, sell or save their home. The SIA application form is easy to use and provides a screening process with which we have achieved a 98% success rate to our short sale division. For example with the SIA we can determine whether a homeowner qualifies for the HAMP/HAFA program before short selling their home. Our knowledge about the programs available are up-to-date and we have direct lender contact numbers. These numbers are valuable for closing files that would normally not close. Our objective with your support is to keep our professionals informed and stay proactive in the process of doing our business. The SIA will run on a test basis format to be introduced then used in a mass scale system to help expedite the lenders process.
