After the financial information is input by the professional then we have added an additional tool called the Result Calculator which analyzes the data and produces a Result page, establishing the homeowner's financial and real estate position in seconds. The same program can be expanded for use with complex systems making vast amounts of data simple and easily understood. The SIA easily adapts itself to systems already used by financial and real estate institutions.

If the lender and the borrower have a clear understanding of the borrower's financial and credit position they can move forward with a fiscally responsible plan of action.
